April Newsletter

Dear Residents,

Well, it looks like Spring is finally upon us at last. After a roller coaster winter with record highs and two substantial snowfalls, I know I'm looking forward to some outdoor time.

Speaking of outdoor time, a gentle reminder; check the sides of your house for mold conditions resulting from the warm moist weather this winter, and check for leaf build up resulting from winter winds.

Remember, any changes to existing outdoor conditions generally require an ADRC application BEFORE beginning your project. If you are unsure whether you need an application, fill one out anyway; it's better to err on the side of caution.

If you have any question about the process, need recommendations for power washing, or just have a general question, please contact me at home: 609-804-0099 or send me an email at ewmauthe@hotmail.com.

Let's all have a happy and enjoyable Spring, Summer and Fall by starting early on outdoor maintenance.

As a courtesy, Brickman will collect one biodegradable bag of yard debris per home every Thursday starting sometime in May. Anything in excess can be taken to the Galloway Compost Facility or the ACUA. Thank you for your cooperation.
