The Passing of Judi Laddey

It is always sad to announce the passing of a beloved friend and neighbor in our community. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.

JUDITH A. LADDEY (Nee McCormick) of Galloway Township, NJ,passed away into God’s loving care on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. She was 68 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she is the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy McCormick. Judi served in various roles at Saint Paul School in Burlington, NJ for more than twenty years, treasuring her time as a religion teacher and school librarian. During her retirement she devoted much time to her family, as well as spending many hours quilting, cooking and crafting. Her friends were also an integral part of her life. Judi is the beloved wife of George and the loving mother of George Jr., Colleen, Susan, Sharon and Brian. She is the adoring grandmother of Shawn and Kyla Brennan. She is predeceased by her sister and brother (Carolyn McCormick and Joseph McCormick). Cherishing her memory will be her sister Fran McCormick (Paul) and many nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by many faithful friends, especially Jaye Mastro. Relatives and friends are invited to Judi’s Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 23 at 11 AM at the Reformation Lutheran Church, 633 South New York Road, Galloway, NJ, 08205 (parking on Biscayne Ave.). Interment will be private at the Parkview Cemetery at Kirby’s Mill in Medford, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family requests that donations be made to the Judi Laddey Memorial Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 1542, Medford, NJ, 08055 to continue Judi’s passion for helping others.
